Daffodils and Tulips

Last week I brought some pretty pink tulips and they have been happily sat in my lounge. However, this week as they have started to droop I decided to give them a boost.

I changed the vase and added some beautiful daffodils which are possibly the most life enhancing thing at this time of year. They’ve boosted the tulips which are starting to look a little sad. But I’ve also turned the tulip petals back to create a bigger flower and now it just looks like a spring explosion in our living room 🥰 #happydays

Tip: always cut flower stems at an angle (see below) this allows more water to be drawn up into the stem and feed the flowers 😊
