Magnolia

Has anyone noticed all of the Magnolia trees beginning to blossom? It seems like in the last two or three days they have burst into life. I'm lucky enough to have several beautiful Magnolia trees in and around where I live and am often walking past them. Just like snowdrops and daffodils the magnolia blossom is a sure sign of spring for me and I absolutely adore these big gorgeous blooms. They remind me of how magical nature is and they are certainly a site that makes my body feel instantly at ease and calm. Nature itself has that effect on me but in the middle of an urban jungle I find the small things like the magnolia are often just as good as being surrounded by green even if it only lasts a few moments.

Anyone else noticed all of the magnolias?
